No Samsung Galaxy S III At The France Event Held By Samsung
After the rumors started about the new device from the Samsung Galaxy S line, we were hoping to see it at the MWC this month. That rumor was refuted by Samsung officials saying that the device will be presented in a special event. In March, the company will hold an event in France and once we heard that we hoped to hear that the S III will be presented at this event. Well, that’s not going to happen. Company officials said that this event will be held for the devices already displayed so far and at the MWC.

They’ll hold this event so they can show people, again, some device, for those that can’t make it to Barcelona later this month. That’s bad news for us because we were really excited by the appearance of the S III. We really want to see it in action, since this device should be able to top the Galaxy S II. The smartphone will be presented sometime in the next few months, by the middle of the year, Samsung officials say. What we know about the device, thanks to the leaks around the web, is that it will be thinner than its brother with 1.5 mm, reaching 7 mm, one of the thinnest smartphones out on the market.
