The Droid 3 is not that old and the Droid RAZR has just been available for pre-orders yesterday. With such active life in Motorola, who would ever expect that the Motorola Droid 4 would be coming out via a leak ever so suddenly? Keyboard lovers would find this new offering very tempting as it is being mentioned by testers that “the best slideout” is seen in this phone.

With styling that looks like a RAZR, and a full 5-row backlit keyboard, it would be more than enough to make Droid fans anticipate with anxiety. When it comes to specs, the Droid 4 is also on the show with its 4-inch Super AMOLED Advanced screen, 4G LTE network capable, Gingerbread 2.3.5, an 8MP rear faced camera with 1080p HD video recording, a front camera, HDMI out, and an anticipated 1.2GHz dual core OMAP4430 processor, just like its older brother.
