Samsung announced the 64GB moviNAND memory module and a 32GB microSD memory card. The 64GB moviNAND memory will let manufacturers produce mobile computing devices that have superior storage possibility. According to Samsung, the 64GB moviNAND memory devices have been in mass production since December 2009, which means manufacturers should have access to them soon. The microSD cards will go into mass production next month and are currently being sampled to OEMs.
