Kodak and Samsung have just signed a contract. According to the deal, the two can access the other’s patent portfolio. The news comes after a December 22nd ruling by the U.S. International Trade Commission that said Samsung dishonored two of Kodak’s camera patents. Both companies are going to file joint requests to the U.S. International Trade Commission requesting that the patent breach proceedings be terminated. The royalties will go to Kodak.
