
Cricket Wireless has announced the MSGM8, a full-QWERTY feature phone that that boasts of Cricket’s 3G network. The handset carries a 2.2-inch display, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, hands-free headsets, and speech recognition technology. A toggle dial on the left side of the phone is available for controlling volume and navigation scrolling. Users can store up to 1,000 contacts and utilize Cricket’s MyBackup service, which keeps a copy of the contacts on Cricket’s servers, where they can be easily retrieved if lost.
The Cricket MSGM8 will be available November 27 for an introductory price of $99.99 until November 30.
