Google’s Chrome OS netbook operating system has been unveiled. The OS also features a notification system and a cross-application chat system that both appear at the bottom of the browser window and can be easily hidden or displayed. It can fully load in 10 seconds. Meanwhile, user information and data will be stored in the cloud using Google’s variety of services, like Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Security and protection from malware is also a focus.
