
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, a federal judge has decided that the Verizon Wireless “There’s a map for that” ad campaign is not deceptive, and thus refused AT&T’s appeal for a permanent restriction on the commercials. AT&T will have a second chance at a follow-up hearing on December 16.
The decision is certainly a win for Verizon, which most recently said publicly in a legal document that the claims it makes about AT&T’s network are true and that “the truth hurts.”
