
Nokia has launched the Nokia 1280 for only US$30. The handset comes with a built-in flashlight. It also carries an FM radio, and can store phonebooks for five different users – for easy phone sharing. The handset also claims 22 days battery life on account of its low-resolution monochrome display. Incidentally, the Nokia 1280 boasts of a dust-proof body.
The Nokia 1280 is packaged with Nokia Life Tools that aims t improve the lives of people in rural. The app provides crop prices, education tools, and entertainment all delivered by SMS.
