Sierra Wireless has announced new AirCard mobile broadband solutions for HSPA+(INFO) networks. The new devices are as follows: the AirCard 503, a 2-in-1 modem that will fit both PC card and ExpressCard slots and supports peak download speeds of up to 21Mbps data card; the USB based AirCard USB 308, that has support for 850/1900/2100MHz HSPA+ bands; the USB 309, for 900 and 2100MHz frequencies support, the USB 301; an HSPA modem with peak download speeds of 7.2Mbps that differ only slightly in frequency support; and USB 302 that supports 900 and 2100MHz bands.

The lineup of modems is expected to ship in the fourth quarter.
