Sprint has just commenced its fourth generation WiMAX service in Las Vegas, Portland, and Atlanta at an additional cost of only $10 per month. The service boasts of a speed of more than 10Mbps during peak download and an average speed of 3 to 6Mbps.
Sprint 4G has been available in Baltimore since September and there are plans to launch in 22 more U.S. markets by the end of the year, including 17 announced just last week.
