There has been some issues going on regarding iPhone being lenient on the entries of malicious SMS messages. To date, Apple acted upon to resolve the problem by updating its iPhone software to version 3.0.1. This action is anticipated to fix the malicious SMS problem.

Apple explained that the problem arose because the company’s SMS message decoding process contained a memory corruption issue before that could let hackers execute code when a message is opened.
