Verizon unveils the Novatel Wireless USB1000 Global Modem that comes with services such as the GlobalEmail, Global Value Program, and the Global Travel Program. The gadget is a modem that features a quick 3G modem that can directly be attached into the user’s PC USB port. The GlobalEmail enables its users to browse emails and attachments both in the U.S. and abroad, while the Global Travel Program allows users to gain free access both voice and data while traveling less than 21 days. Global Value Program offers discounts on lines used in 150 GSM destinations for just $4.99 per month.

The Novatel Wireless USB1000 Global Modem is available for $149.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and a two-year customer agreement.
