Nokia has just announced the E72, a candybar smartphone with a full-QWERTY keyboard and a new optical navigation key for quick scrolling. The handset also features a 5 megapixel camera, a standard 3.5mm audio jack, A2DP and EDR support, and a stereo Bluetooth headset.
The Nokia E72 also provides access to various website such as Yahoo! Messenger, Google Talk, and Ovi, and to Nokia applications like the Nokia Maps is enhanced by on-board aGPS technology and an integrated compass. The Nokia E72 will start shipping by the 3rd quarter of 2009 for S$485 before taxes and subsidies.
