Sony Ericsson Yari, a phone that is labeled as a gaming device, was exhibited by Sony Ericsson during a London event just recently. The Yari is a slider phone that presents a built-in accelerometer for motion-controlled gaming, allowing its users to move the actual phone around to interact with games. The other features that the Yari boasts of include a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, a quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support, a tri-band UMTS (850/1900/2100MHz) or dual-band UMTS (900/2100MHz) support, and an HSPA for high-speed data connections. It is carries A-GPS for location based services and the ability to automatically geo-tag your photos with location information.

The Sony Ericsson Yari measures in at 100mm x 48mm x 15.7mm (3.9in x 1.9in x .6in), and will be available by the fourth quarter of 2009 in Achromatic Black and Cranberry White.
