“[It] would be appropriate to resubmit your application for review once this feature is available.”
This statement was derived from Apples rejection letter to one of its iPhone OS 3.0 application developers. The Nine Inch Nails official iPhone application was denied because of “offensive content” in song lyrics that was included in the download. Also, the application, tagged as the Makayama’s Newspaper(s) iPhone application, was reported to contain a photograph of a topless woman in one of its content sections. This is the reason why the application was denied entry to the App Store. However, Apple cleared that the future submissions from the same developers may be accepted when iPhone OS 3.0 is released.
