Voted by the mobile phone users themselves, Apple topped in smartphone customer satisfaction, while LG ranked as the highest in the traditional mobile phone category. The survey was conducted by J.D. Power and Associates and was measured in terms of the handset’s operation, physical design, features, and battery function. In a scale of 1,000 Apple scored 791 measuring smartphone satisfactions. On the other hand, LG scored 733 measuring traditional mobile phones.
