Nokia has launched another high-end smartphone from its E-series. The newest innovation is tagged as the Nokia E71x, a smartphone that carries a QWERTY keyboard and is powered by Symbian operating system. The Nokia E71 is loaded with the enhanced S60 3rd Edition user interface that would work well with AT&T’s Video Share service, AT&T Navigator, AT&T 3G network, and other AT&T applications. It will come in an over-all jet black color, and will be available at a price of US$99.99 with a 2-year contract.

Some love it, red, some love it blue –but for those who wants a little feel of the summer’s heat, grab the latest LG Neon! Launched recently by AT&T and LG, the new LG Neon is a slider phone that boasts of a touchscreen. It comes with a 2.4-inch touchscreen, a full-QWERTY keyboard, a 2-megapixel camera, a Bluetooth support and a microSD card slot. The LG Neon is also armed with GPRS support. However, no 3G-capability has been spotted.

Meanwhile, the price of the LG Neon has yet been released.

The new Evoke QA4 has recently been presented by Motorola, its manufacturer. Aside from being 3G-capable, the new smartphone features a huge 2.8-inch touchscreen display, a full QWERTY keyboard, a web browser, and a 2 megapixel camera. But it doesn’t stop there. The Motorola Evoke QA4 also boasts of that clear call audio quality for a real conversation experience.

The Motorola Evoke measures at 108mm x 50.5mm x 17.5mm and weighs 128g. It will be available by the 2nd quarter of 2009 and will be exhibited in the CTIA Wireless 2009 show in Las Vegas.

LG recently introduced its latest innovation, the LG GR500 Xenon touchscreen slider phone. The smartphone is said to be available by the second week of April 2009 at $99.99 with a 2-year locjk-in period.

Let’s talk about the features. As exhibited by LG, the Xenon boasts of a quad-band GSM/EDGE and 3G HSDPA data connectivity, a full-QWERTY keyboard, a 2-megapixel camera, a Bluetooth connectivity, and an extra microSD card slot. It coordinates well with AT&T’s applications such as the AT&T Navigator, Napster Mobile, eMusic Mobile.

The LG GR500 Xenon comes in black, blue, and red.

Details to the Samsung SGH-a877 Impression are as follows:

According to the documentation being submitted to the FCC, the new Samsung SGH-a877 Impression carriesĀ  a a full-QWERTY keyboard a 3.2-inch WQVGA AMOLED display as well as a 3 megapixel camera with video recording capability. It also features an accelerometer to allow it to auto-rotate based on how it is being held, an on-board aGPS technology allows customers to use location-based applications, and a TeleNav GPS Navigator, which offers turn-by-turn directions.

Priced at $199.99 with a 2-year contract, the Samsung SGH-a877 Impression is reported to be the nation’s first commercially available AMOLED touchscreen display.
