Virgin Mobile USA has just introduced the Helio Ocean 2 after reports said that it will be launched within the first quarter of 2009.

The Helio Ocean 2 is a multimedia mobile phone that paves way to blogging, IM, e-mail, and social networking sites. In fact, this is what Britney Spears is going to use in promoting her upcoming concert entitled “Circus”. Number of Helio Ocean 2 will be given away to fans to keep record of the concert.

Besides the fact that it carries a camera, no specifications of the Ocean 2 was further disclosed. The date of availability was not even mentioned in the press release.
