FCC has finally approved the HTC Magic. However, some critics questions the institutions approval of the gadget for certain reasons. Second, although it has been disclosed that the HTC Magic will be solely and exclusively be marketed in Europe, a rumor has been spreading that HTC Magic will also be available in the United States.
