MSN recently launched the MSN Music in the United Kingdom. MSN Music is a download library that offers 1 million different music tracks, 25,000 Realtone ringtones, and 10,000 music videos from Sony Music and Warner Music.
Meanwhile, the DRM from Microsoft protects all the contents that are listed in the MSN Music, allowing the music playbacks only for the device where it was originally downloaded. Download rates for the MSN Music are 1.50 GBP for full music tracks, 3.00 GBP for Realtone ringtones, and 2.00 GBP for the music videos. Purchases can be charged directly to the user’s phone bill.
