Although some phone manufacturers are seriously considering production of kid-friendly mobile phones, France is not so open about the idea of orienting children with cell phones. In fact, France is thinking of making a law that would make advertisements and promotions of mobile phones that would entice kids less than 12 years of age into buying cellular phones become illegal.
