Previously, Samsung forwarded one of its clamshell phone model to FCC for a thorough testing. The result? The institution’s approval was announced just recently.

The clamshell that I am talking about is the Samsung R470, a dual-band CDMS mobile phone that has a built-in Bluetooth. The gadget also has a special key for its camera to enable memory-capture in a snap. And in terms of storage and data transfer, the R470 is supported by a USB port and a microSD slot, while the multimedia-at-heart could enjoy its headphone jack, external control pad, and external speakers.
