While searching for mobile phone updates and latest news, I came across this newest cellphone innovation –or so I thought! After staring at the gadget and series of ‘zoom ins’, I finally realized that this ‘cellphone innovation’ is just a funny shot. I laughed my heart out.
Then I remembered that it’s already Christmas time.
These days are so modern that we became so dependent of the gadgets that we own. Sometimes, we already consider them as part of our body. I myself admit that I can’t always get enough of my own mobile phone and –my, oh my– my newly purchased notebook! Sometime, my life depends so much on these babies that I tend to forget that in the olden times, men existed without any electronic gadgets at all, but they managed to survive. Even Baby Jesus was born in a manger on the first Christmas eve with almost no clothes on.
Yes, it is Christmas! And lest we forget that the real meaning of this season is the commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ and not the gadget that we are so craving about, let the manger,or the stars, or the Christmas tree, or even your own cellphone, remind you of the real season for this festivity.
