As of the moment (perhaps even longer) Apple is currently facing a patent infringement suit that circles around a web browser patent and Apple’s iPhone.

EMG Technology LLC, Apple’s opponent, filed the suit that was based on a display and navigation patent that the latter has received last October. EMG however disclosed that although iPhone was unfortunate to be the first that their company has sued, they also intend to sue other mobile phone carriers that would violate their legal rights.
