Kodak sues LG and Samsung over a matter of digital imaging patent. According to Kodak’s claim, the two cellphone producer had infringed the company’s image enhancement features such as image compression, capture, storage, and video content preview.

Meanwhile, Kodak has disclosed that other phone carriers that manufacture camera phones have signed up for a license under the company’s image technology except for Samsung and LG.

Bottom line: Samsung and LG have declared that they are both going to battle with Kodak in the court.
