Lately, the European Union is opting for replaceable batteries. This directive aims to facilitate old cell phone batteries from ending up in the trash, thus, avoiding contamination from chemical leaks. The command denotes that batteries should be detachable. Although most of the cell phone companies would not be affected, the directive might have a major effect on Apple’s operations for the reason that its iPhone is loaded with a sealed battery slot. As a result, Apple is now making a recall of all of its units.
