Broadcom has entered a legal battle with Qualcomm when it has filed another protest in federal court in opposition to its adversary. Qualcomm is accused by Broadcom of mishandling its patents which resulted in double royalty collection on several of its wireless rights.

The complaint filed by Broadcom claims that Qualcomm’s exploitation has effected in a economic windfall for the Broadcom’s business. The protest was filed on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego.
