Over the years, ASUS has manufactured and sold affordable laptops, but now, it has launched its latest smartphone — the P552w.

Powered by Window Mobile 6.1, P552w is innovated with the finger-friendly Glide user interace, also developed by ASUS. Making sure that it would carry a great substance besides its form, this handset is a home to a 624Mhz processor, 256MB of internal memory, and 128MB of RAM. For fast data transfers, Tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) support and UMTS 2100MHz support with HSDPA is also incorporated. Its WiFi supports the HSDPA data while Bluetooth 2.0 enables fast web connections.

The ASUS P552w comes with a 1100mAh battery and a built-in GPS receiver.
