
A study conducted by J.D. Power states that Verizon Wireless tops the cellphone customer care performance.
Senior Director of J.D. Power and Associates, Kirk Parsons, says, “The fact that Verizon Wireless performs well in resolving issues with one contact is particularly noteworthy. Overall customer care performance is three times higher among customers whose issues were resolved in one contact over the phone, compared with those who had to contact their provider more than once for the same issue.”
Verizon’s clientele has the smallest of time being put on hold. Alltel, T-Mobile, and AT&T follow while Sprint was not talked about. They are reported to be reforming its support after a poor standing for customer care performance. Clients note that Verizon executes very well in resolving issues in one call.
