Maria Sharapova doesn’t just stun crowds on tennis courts, but on the catwalk as well. This she proved in London recently when she shined on the ramp with the unveiling of the Sony Ericsson Maria Sharapova Design Collection.
Inspired by the tennis superstar’s global lifestyle and international fashion trends, the collection comprises of four SE mobile phone accessories that were designated IDC-31 through IDC-34. It included the Courtside Case (IDC-31), the compact Exercise Case (IDC-32), the Party Bag (IDC-33) and the Travel Wallet (IDC-34).
Maria Sharapova enjoys an elite status of being Sony Ericsson’s first global brand ambassador, treading a 4-year contract which commenced in January of this year. The Maria Sharapova Design Collection is the very first design project to be launched by this collaboration.
The accessories will be available 3rd quarter of the year, and is expected to be followed by the release of a Maria Sharapova signature handset which will most likely be a T303 Sharapova Edition.
