
According to PC Magazine report, the iRiver GSM prototype has the similar iPhone interface. While there isn’t a name given yet, iRiver will produce a phone with a 3-inch touch screen and 480 x 272 resolution. Just like iPhone, the prototype do not have a keypad and all input will rely on the touch screen. Possible specification include a 4GB built in storage space, 2 megapixel camera, GPS and WiFi connection.
When available, iRiver will be selling the phone unlocked for GSM network. The company plan to announce the model by the end of 2008.
