
The MWg Zinc II is the successor to the O2 Xda Zinc launched by MWg (founded by the team responsible for O2’s ground-breaking products in Asia).The MWg Zinc II is a sleek slider device with a full QWERTY keypad - featuring a slimmer profile than the original O2 Xda Zinc, more exciting features and an exclusive new design.

Featuring Windows Mobile 6 Professional, the Xda Atom 4 is powered by a Marvell PXA270 CPU at 520 MHz and supports quadband GSM/GPRS as well as triband UMTS/HSDPA up to 3.6 Mbps, WiFi b/g and Bluetooth 2.0. Furthermore the Xda Atom 4 features a 3 megapixel main camera, a SiRF Star III GPS receiver and an FM radio with RDS support.
The inbuilt 256 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM memory can be expanded with microSD memory cards and the 2.8″ touchscreen supports QVGA/VGA (?) resolution.
While availability isn’t announced yet, Expansys Hong Kong takes preorders already and gives a price of HK$ 4,775 / around 415 Euro.
