The Joby Zivio™ is an elegant, high performance Bluetooth™ headset with a telescoping microphone boom.

An ultra-sensitive microphone sits on the end of the extendable boom. Microphone gain is automatically adjusted up and down as the user slides the boom to the optimal position. When the boom is extended to the corner of the mouth, the gains are reduced to their lowest levels. The result? Background noise falls away, leaving only clear, natural sound.

Battery life is rated at about 10 hours for the headset, which works with any hands-free capable cellphone or computer and will formally launch at CES in multiple metallic colors (including copper and pink). The cost and availability of the Zivio have yet to be unveiled but should be revealed in the near future and may appear along with the accessory’s appearance at the show.
