Yes it is a copy, available with certain online copmanies with a price tag of around US $ 271. hmmmmm. It is from a chinese firm with GSM technology, I think it doesnot work in USA as most of the telecom firms there works with CDMA technology !!!. If somebody buys it online and import, I think tax/duties may be levied on it (fake version or not), and if we say that it is a copy so donot have to be taxed, then the officials may ask, why buying a fake ???, is it authorized or legal??!!. so many many strings attached with it. but happy buying if somebody is admantly adventurous !!!!!
