Nokia (News - Alert) has opened its first Care Center in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. The new center is supported by Nokia’s technical personnel in Middle East and Africa, and is expected to serve Nigeria’s northern market.
“The new Abuja Care Centre is equipped with the latest tools and it is staffed by well-trained technicians who can professionally handle all Nokia products including our latest range,” Fady Khatib, Area Manager for Nigeria at Nokia, said in a press release.
Ahmed Imam, service director of RAYA Technologies, Nokia’s Care partner, commented: “This is the latest Nokia Care Centre in Nigeria and the first in Abuja. What this means is that Nokia customers in the FCT and environ can avail themselves of professional handling of their devices, knowing that all their Nokia products can be serviced, enhanced or upgraded according to Nokia’s stringent global standards.”
