Samsung has just announced the latest Ultra Messaging handset which measures a mere 11.8mm thin in Korea. Also known as the SCH-M620 or SPH-M6200, the Ultra Messaging cellphone keeps you connected at speeds of up to 1.8Mbps - a whopping 500% improvement in terms of performance in current WCDMA cellphones. The Ultra Messaging phone will be powered by Windows Mobile 5.0 for Smartphones OS and comes with a 2.3″ QVGA LCD display, a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording capability, a built-in MP3 player, and Bluetooth connectivity. Koreans can expect to pick this up for less than $545.
