The Nokia 7380 weighs 90g (3.2oz), which is significantly more than Nokia claims, and measures up at a very slim 118mm x 30mm x 20mm (4.6″ x 1.2″ x .8″).Behind the front fascade is a small 65k color display with a 208×104 pixel resolution that is intended to be viewed when the device is horizontal, not like a typical mobile phone.Nokia 7380 is capable of playing MP3, AAC, and M4A music files in stereo. The problem is that with only 52MB of availabile internal storage, and no memory card slot.

Our 7380 performed well in terms of reception on T-Mobile’s 1900MHz GSM network. The 7380 also supports the 900 and 1800MHz GSM bands as well. Audio quality was mixed. The 7380 provided the best audio experience when used with a Bluetooth headset, something that doesn’t happen often. The speakerphone function also worked rather well. But when used with just the handset, as is normal, the audio in both directions sounded quite rough and mechanical - not pleasant at all. In spite of Nokia’s claimed talk time of 3 hours, and numerous other review sites reporting similar times, our 7380 lasted for anywhere from 7 to 8 hours in 3 separate talk time tests, which to me seems reasonable for a handset with a 700mAh battery.
